Key Responsibilities:

• Designing marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, signage, and digital assets.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop creative concepts that align with our brand strategy.
• Maintaining brand consistency across all materials and channels.
• Keeping up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Canva preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Previous experience in real estate or related field is a plus.
