Graphic Design Specialist jobs in Orlando, FL

Your title will be Graphics Designer, reporting directly to the manager. Your duties and responsibilities will be designated by Platinum Signs and Design, LLC with an initial focus on the following:

a. Design using Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design, Flexi Sign Pro, Corel Draw, and other appropriate design and printing software
b. Update and create company’s new marketing/promotional materials and website
c. With minimal supervision, after initial training, to design and produce signs, business stationery, marketing media and ads which meet customer’s expectations for appearance, quality and service
d. Layout and produce signs using computer-cut vinyl and other appropriate materials, including digital print media and inks
e. Assist with production and installation when needed to and prepare materials for interior/exterior installations, including but not limited to post and panel signs, vehicle graphics and window lettering
f. To work with clients to clearly understand and define job requests
g. Respond to customer inquiries by phone or at the front counter when sales staff is unavailable
h. Portray a strong and professional image and customer service
i. Maintain a clean, safe & attractive work area, to assure a positive impression for prospects and clients
j. Must deal with customers, co-workers, suppliers, and the public in a positive and professional manner
k. Must have a strong ‘can do’ attitude and meet all deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Education:

• Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

• Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop: 1 year (Preferred)
• Graphic Design: 2 years (Required)
