Job Purpose

Opportunity to work as part of a design team responsible for the design and development of digital and print materials across the Great Minds portfolio of humanities, mathematics, and science curricula. The team is responsible for maintaining the look and feel of all the products, creating a clear and beautiful user experience, and ensuring consistency across the Great Minds brand in marketing. You will have the opportunity to work on marketing materials including sales support materials, presentations, social media posts, and collateral. Success in this role necessitates understanding the Great Minds brand and what differentiates our work from the market.

Responsibilities

• Design collateral pieces for all products
• Develop names and logos for new products or programs
• Create templates for emails, newsletters and landing pages
• Create engaging powerpoint presentation templates for supporting sales

Qualifications

• A strong design aesthetic and conceptual skills
• Organizational skills
• Strong retouching skills
• Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, in particular: InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Point and its design potential
• Ability to learn new programs, in particular Hubspot

Education

• Sophomore class status or higher at a college/university or any year at a graduate school

The expected base salary range for this position is $20.50-$21.50, however the offered salary may be higher or lower than the above range dependent on numerous factors including, but not limited to location, work experience, skills and internal equity considerations.. The base salary is not inclusive of benefits or other incentives.
