Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty fully. Accurate information and close attention to detail are required. The employee must be available 8-10 hours a day should an emergency occur that would require instructions over the phone or coming into work during off hours. You should be computer literate, and must be able to use Excel, Word, email and be able to quickly learn our programs: Pace, Process Shipper, dokshop, SLIM and ACT.
Experience:
2-3 years work experience in a fast-paced, detailed environment, is recommended.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent, plus a college degree is preferred
Language and math skills:
Professional and business written and verbal skills are required, both client-facing and within the company. Accurate, complete and concise job information must be relayed to production effectively. Basic math skills are used daily.
