Mount Wachusett Community College (MWCC) is seeking a creative and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic marketing team. The Graphic Design Coordinator serves as the brand and design champion for the College, developing and executing creative communication projects to support the College's recruitment and retention operations, marketing objectives and auxiliary operations. They will be responsible for developing and managing the College's visual image in line with industry and consumer trends and through a diversity, equity and inclusion lens.
The Graphic Design Coordinator will manage the production of marketing materials using innovative approaches in support of the department's communications initiatives. This position works in concert with the web manager in visual development to ensure brand consistency and accuracy, ensures compliance with required standards, and provides training to faculty and staff on the College's brand and the use of various platforms.
In addition to possessing a high level of creativity, the successful candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, a commitment to creative problem solving, an ability to manage time and multiple projects under tight deadlines, and a strong eagerness to strengthen the College's brand across changing traditional and digital channels.
