Graphical User Interface (GUI) Programmer develops user interfaces for websites and web-based applications. Translates design mockups and wireframes into code for website and web-based application UI. Being a Graphical User Interface (GUI) Programmer designs prototypes; writes and tests code for new or existing applications. Identifies new technologies that can add additional visual display capabilities and enhance site usability. Additionally, Graphical User Interface (GUI) Programmer supports backend integration and maintains graphic standards and branding throughout the UI. Has knowledge of commonly used languages and frameworks, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, and Bootstrap. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a project leader or manager. The Graphical User Interface (GUI) Programmer work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.     Duration:  approximately 1 year, 4 months
    Location:  End User Support Technicians will work primarily on-site at various office buildings located in Baton Rouge Louisiana. Contractor personnel will also work at remote facilities outside of Baton Rouge, Louisiana but within the State of LA, locations could include the following cities:  New Orleans, Hammond, Lafayette, Lake Charles, Alexandria, Shreveport, and Monroe.
    End User Support Technician, with permission of the Project Manager, could also work remotely as needed.   

    The scope of the proposed services will include the following:
    • Responsible for basic field support including desktop reimaging and deployment of new end user devices with Windows 10 operating systems.
    • Responsible for basic field support hardware and software device support including troubleshooting, hardware replacement, applying prebuilt image packages.
    • Responsible for remote software and device support and problem resolution, which includes advanced troubleshooting, installation and configuration.

    Experience and expertise in the following areas are mandatory:
    • Customer Service Skills
    • Windows Imaging and Driver Management
    • User Profile analysis and migration

    Experience and expertise in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:
    • Active Directory Domain Services
    • Troubleshooting skills with basic hardware and software components
    • Experience in deployments with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager
    • Desktop and Mobile Device imaging and user transition
    • Third party software to be migrated and handled on a case by case basis
