Main Sail is seeking Computer User Support Specialists to support a U.S. Navy client responsible for management and operations of various Navy and Marine Corps life-cycle logistics, engineering, maintenance, and supplier performance IT systems.
Responsibilities:
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 customer support as required, to collect, analyze and resolve trouble calls, application, or customer issues. The Computer User Support Specialist will answer calls via the Global Distance Support Center (GDSC) and provide immediate IT phone support to users in Mechanicsburg PA and Kittery ME.
Required skills/qualifications:
- A minimum of three years of experience in a related information technology (IT) job. This experience includes providing Tier 1 and 2 help desk support assisting non-IT users for applications.
Location: Government Site, Kittery ME
Period of Performance: 6/2024 - 6/2025 with 2 option years.
