    Job Details:
    Our company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Controls Programmer to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional who is passionate about the construction industry, and has a strong background in control systems, PLC programming, and process controls. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing complex control solutions for our industrial projects. This role involves working with a variety of systems including Allen Bradley, Allen Bradley PLC, Allen-Bradley ControlLogix, ControlLogix, and SCADA. Experience in the oil and gas sector will be highly regarded.

    Responsibilities:
    • Design, develop, and implement PLC and HMI software for control systems.
    • Collaborate with the engineering team to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with control systems and software.
    • Conduct system testing to ensure performance and reliability.
    • Provide technical support and guidance to the maintenance and operations teams.
    • Keep abreast of latest advancements in control systems technology and industry trends.
    • Ensure all works are performed in accordance with safety standards and regulations.
    • Document system design and procedures for future reference and training.
    • Assist in the training of junior programmers and other team members.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in control systems programming, preferably in the construction or oil and gas industry.
    • Proficient in PLC programming, specifically with Allen Bradley, Allen Bradley PLC, and Allen-Bradley ControlLogix.
    • Strong understanding of ControlLogix, SCADA, and other control systems.
    • Experience in process controls and electrical controls.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex control systems.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
    • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Must be able to work independently and take initiative.
    • Knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations.
