Schedule:

• 1st Shift: Monday - Friday 5:45am - 2:30pm

Essential Functions:

• Interpret meat recipes and combine appropriate raw materials into the grinder,
• Run the grinding machines to produce the ground beef to be able to make the correct size and shape of ground beef patties to meet our customers specifications
• Communicate the grinding plan to the line associates.

Physical and Environmental Factors:

• Includes activities such as but not limited to walking, lifting, bending, stooping, reaching, grasping, pushing, pulling, twisting and turning
• Requires ability to lift up to 30 lbs. regularly and occasionally up to 60 lbs.
• Requires ability to stand for the entirety of the shift (minus breaks/rest periods)
• Subject to temperatures ranging from 30 degrees to 50 degrees constantly
• Subject to noise levels higher than 85 decibels
