Duties:

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify contract requirements and develop contract terms that meet business needs
- Manage relationships with vendors and other external parties to ensure contract compliance and resolve any issues that may arise
- Monitor contract performance to identify potential risks or areas for improvement
- Assist in the development of contract templates and standard operating procedures
- Support business development efforts by providing guidance on contractual matters
