Moe's Southwest Grill is a small locally owned and operated franchise in Avon, OH. We are eager to hire a store manager that is motivated and willing to learn the skills necessary for this position. Applicants must have managereal experience in the quick-service or restaurant industry. We are looking for someone with strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to train and motivate staff members. .

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
- Train and develop a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
- Implement strategies to increase store profitability
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in quick serve/restaurant management or a related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in math for handling cash transactions and managing inventory
- Familiarity with retail math and inventory control principles
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,109.00 per year
