**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Grocery Manager to oversee the daily operations of the grocery and merchanidising department of Butch's Brookly Deli and Provisions at Owl's Nest Resort. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and possess strong organizational skills to ensure the smooth functioning of the grocery section.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stocking of grocery products

- Supervise and train grocery department staff on product knowledge and customer service

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the grocery department

- Implement promotional strategies to drive sales and meet revenue targets

- Monitor and analyze sales trends to optimize product offerings

- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner

**Skills:**

- Prior experience as a grocery manager or assistant manager is required.

- Strong negotiation skills to work with vendors and suppliers

- Ability to conduct employee orientation and training sessions

- Excellent supervisory skills to lead and motivate a team

- Organizational abilities to maintain a well-structured grocery department

- Exceptional customer service skills to enhance the guest experience

- Knowledge of market trends and products in the grocery industry

Pay: $56,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
