General Description: Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the grocery store, as well as being able to be detail-oriented, motivate teams, and have interpersonal skills to offer premier customer service and maximize the store’s efficiency.
Performance Target(s): Engage ## of residents to sign up for memberships. Lead planning and implementation of marketing strategies and promotions within the store. Manage at least two sales associates and achieve %% of growth and professional development. Achieve satisfactory customer service feedback from patrons.
