Responsibilities:

- Create and maintain a visually appealing store environment, including merchandise displays and signage.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage cash handling procedures, including opening and closing registers, preparing deposits, and reconciling cash drawers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities to drive sales.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of store staff and provide coaching for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail management is required.
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in inventory control systems and procedures.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
