Additionally, Grocery Store Manager forecasts staffing needs and develops a recruiting strategy to provide optimal staffing in all areas. May require a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a director. The Grocery Store Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Grocery Store Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required. The Role:
The main priority of the National Account Manager (NAM) Grocery Channel, is to drive the strategy and initiatives set by the Congo Brands leadership team within their assigned National Accounts, from a head office level, down to the regional and state levels. The NAM is tasked with managing and selling the Congo Brands portfolio within these accounts, and is responsible for assigned strategic account targets, budgets, and sales quotas.
