GROUNDSKEEPER MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Trim trees, shrubs, remove weeds, fertilization and edging of commercial properties
• Snow removal of sidewalks, street entries at commercial properties; these duties will occasionally require early morning hours and overtime
• Upkeep on commercial properties to ensure curb appeal, including tending to flower beds, etc.
• Assist in keeping equipment in orderly condition
• Minor maintenance items as needed

COMMERCIAL GROUNDSKEEPER MINOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain timesheet on a daily basis
• Keep company trucks, tool, and equipment clean and organized
• Report any issues with equipment to Commercial Grounds Supervisor immediately
• Trash removal around all commercial properties

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• 1 -2 years of grounds maintenance
• Gardening experience preferred
• Good safety habits
• Reliable transportation suitable to perform job
• Valid drivers license with good driving record

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Work is performed mostly outside company building with exposure to varying conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
