Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for the overall preventative maintenance and grounds keeping of Coen facilities. Groundskeepers maintain Coen Oil grounds and use various hand tools and gas-powered tools to mow and maintain grass, rake leaves, trim bushes and trees, plant flowers and shrubbery, remove dead plants, water and fertilize vegetation and prepare grounds for seasonal changes.

Responsibilities & Essential Functions
- Complete assigned work orders/tickets in a timely manner.
- Handling maintenance for buildings including, but not limited to:
o Drywall repairs
o Painting and cleaning of our facilities
o Electrical repairs, changing of lightbulbs
o Snow removal and salting
o Power washing islands, curbs and buildings
o Patching/repairing concrete and black top surfaces and line striping of parking areas
o Grounds keeping
- Coordinate with the maintenance team on Fuel Brand maintenance and requirements.
- Maintaining fuel sumps and spill buckets.
- Minor maintenance on HVAC systems, including changing filters and cleaning coils.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, practices, and safety standards.
- Maintain company vehicle and adhere to all state/local/federal laws and company policies regarding operation of a motor vehicle.
- Maintain truck inventory accurately and manage parts inventory according to company policy and procedures.
- Attend and participate in all work-related meetings and training classes.
- Maintain professional appearance in accordance with the company dress code policy.
- Maintains professional communication and demeanor with vendors, team members, and guests.
- Strong commitment to teamwork while being flexible and adaptable to change.
- Travel to all locations is required.

Education, Experience and Skill Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a related trade school program preferred.
- Electrical or HVAC certification a plus.
- 1-year proven mechanical and electrical skills.
- Must have knowledge of tools and equipment used in construction/landscaping environment.
- Excellent communications, analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn and utilize computer applications, smart phone, and work order system required.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment testing, including background check, drug screen, and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
Licensure/Certification:
- Valid State Driver’s License, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation is required.
