Part Time/Full time Groundskeeper Needed for Private Estate

Established private estate on MDI seeking a year-round, part time or potential full time groundskeeper. Potential candidates should have previous landscaping experience and knowledge of how private estates operate. This position will be split between two locations.
This position has potential to be part time or full time. If full-time, the position is benefits eligible. Basic working hours are Monday – Friday from 7:00 am -3:30 pm.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Regular lawn care and maintenance
  • Weed whacking
  • Path maintenance
  • Raking/blowing of leaves
• Ability to operate the following machines: zero turn mower, chainsaw, small tractor with attachments
• Snow removal including shoveling and plowing.
• Tree/log removal
• Occasional cleaning of guest’s vehicles (interior & exterior)
• Placement of seasonal furnishings during the year
• Weekly cleaning and upkeep of equipment

An honest, hardworking, conscientious team player and the ability to work safely in an environment requiring lots of standing, walking, bending and lifting required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
