Our company seeks an Office Cleaner to clean and sanitize our commercial building. The ideal candidate has relevant professional cleaning experience, and is efficient in mopping, sweeping, dusting, maintenance, vacuuming, and other custodial duties. We are looking for hardworking individuals to implement a high standard of cleanliness for our office. You will work on a team of office cleaners following instructions from your supervisor, and staying on-task is key.

starting at $18.00 per hour, (hours to be discussed

• Location: Rover AR and Dover AR.

Year-round Day Shift options:

• Sunday to Tuesday Day shift - 1 hour per day except Monday which is 2 hours
• Thursday to Saturday Day shift - 1 hour per day except Friday which is 2 hours
• Both shifts will rotate every other week for an additional 1 - 2 hours and shift on Wednesday
• 4 hours base both shift with 1-2 hours additional every other week.
• full pay even if work is completed before the time allotted.
• schedule time can be flexible
• Cleaning will be performed once a day between 5 to 9 am OR 3 to 8 pm.

• * Must have Housekeeping or similar cleaning experience*
• * Must have Steam cleaning or Grout work sealing experience*
• * 1-year minimum *

Recurring Cleaning Staffer description

• Must have experience with power washing interior spaces
• Use of WD-40,
• All equipment will be supplied.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds
• Hard work is appreciated, and you will be provided with an environment of respect and trust.
• We are looking to start this week.
• Must have reliable transportation to site (own car)
• Prior cleaning experience (highly preferred)
• A high standard for cleanliness
• Attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions
• Time-management skills
• Physical stamina
• Able to pass a background check/drug screening

Duties include:

• Clean workspaces, common areas, offices, hallways, and bathrooms
• Sweep, mop, and hardwood floors as needed
• Vacuum carpeted areas and furniture
• Dust and polish various surfaces
• Restock bathrooms with supplies
• Empty trash bins
• Keep track of the cleaning schedule
