Menno Haven is seeking a Groundskeeper to join our family! The Groundskeeper will be responsible for general grounds and maintenance work that includes but is not limited to: grass cutting, landscaping, weeding, and pest control and event set-ups. This role will have interaction with residents, guests and team members of Menno Haven. As a Groundskeeper, you will gain general knowledge and experience in grounds keeping along with familiarity of regulations pertaining to the use of herbicides and pesticides.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous experience in grounds maintenance, helpful but not required
• Knowledge of pesticides and herbicides, helpful but not required
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance, helpful but not required
• Positive attitude and good customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Must be able to work independently and as a team
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions
• Must be available to assist with snow removal

• Full-time, 7a-330p, Monday-Friday; and as needed
