Groundskeeper, Sr. jobs in Kennewick, WA

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Groundskeeper to join our team. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of our outdoor spaces at some Amazon properties we maintance . This is a hands-on position that requires knowledge and experience in landscape maintenance and the use of various tools and equipment.

Duties:

- Perform regular landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, and weeding, shoveling sand on several locations,

- Use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and pruners for various landscaping tasks

- Operate power tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers,bobcats,truck and trailer,

- Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas by removing debris and litter,tumbleweeds, removal of dirt and sand

- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in groundskeeping or a related field is preferred

- Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and practices

- Familiarity with hand tools and power equipment used in groundskeeping

- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
