Job Overview:
The Groundskeeper is a full-time position with typical hours on Monday-Friday from 7:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Additional hours may be required.
This is a 100% on-site (non-remote) position in Laredo, Texas.
Essential Functions:
· General maintenance of grounds.
· Operate a weed eater and other tools as necessary.
· Mow lawn, trim weeds, and rake leaves as assigned.
· Perform routine maintenance on power equipment.
· Trim trees, hedges, and shrubs.
· Maintain lawn, including planting, fertilizing, weeding, soil conditioning, mulching, and applying pesticides.
· Keep grounds free from trash, litter, and debris.
· Follows safety compliance standards.
· Supports any other special projects the Shop Manager might need assistance with.
· This position is designated as “safety sensitive” under Arkansas Act 593 of 2017, an amendment to the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Amendment of 2016, meaning that a person performing this position under the influence of marijuana may constitute a threat to health or safety.
