Group Branch Manager manages the financial and service performance of a defined group of retail branches in a geographic area. Establishes the strategy, specific goals, and performance levels required for each branch to meet the organizational objectives for the region. Being a Group Branch Manager monitors and analyzes financial and customer activity to understand needs, identify issues, and provide the tools and resources needed to achieve goals. Leads business development and promotional activities in the area and coaches branch managers in tactics to build customer relationships, increase sales, and enhance the bank's presence in the community. Additionally, Group Branch Manager typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Group Branch Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Group Branch Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Job Title: Branch Administrator

    If you value relationships and enjoy working with a high level of detail, then the Branch Administrator position is for you. The BA plays a critical role on their teams and can greatly affect the success of the branch(es) they support. This role requires wearing many hats, managing competing priorities, and having the agility to pivot between tasks. The Branch Administrator position reports directly to the local Branch Manager with a dotted line to the Area Controller. This role is responsible for coordinating and executing administrative functions required within their assigned branch(es), including Client Invoicing, Processing Payables, Submitting Payroll, HR Onboarding Compliance and general office administrative tasks as assigned. This position requires the ability to interact professionally and efficiently with both external customers and internal teammates.

    Principal Responsibilities:

    • Reviews and verifies all purchase orders, statements, and invoices needed to prepare payments.
    • Managing Accounts Receivable. Update and maintain customer portal.
    • Submits all invoices to Accounts Payable with proper GL coding to ensure payment.
    • Processing payroll.
    • Managing expense reports.
    • Work with various vendor payment portals.
    • Manage employee life cycle including onboarding and separation processes.
    • Manages office inventory.
    • Answers office phone calls and assist or redirect the calls, as needed.
    • Facilitate communication between Parent Company and Branch Personnel.
    • Assisting and coordinating with Management team as needed and other tasks as assigned.

    Education & Experience Qualification for Office Manager:

    • High School degree with 2-3 years of related experience. Associates or Bachelor’s Degree desirable.
    • Formal experience and training in office procedures and use of office equipment.
    • Excellent data entry skills and highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
    • Experience with Aspire business software a plus.
    • Ability to speak Spanish a plus.

    • Ability to communicate accurately and clearly both orally and in writing.

    • Proven confidentiality and high ethical standards.
    • Strong initiative, with the ability to stay focused and proactive while working independently.
    • Must be customer service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
    • Willingness to be a key team member with heavy interaction with all branch personnel.
