Branch Landscape Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various landscape maintenance tasks including cleaning up garden beds, pruning plants, trimming hedges, planting flowers, and maintaining irrigation systems. The candidate should have a passion for working outdoors and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a variety of landscape equipment including, but not limited to, mini track loaders, rototillers, sod cutters, hedge trimmers and other small engine equipment.
• Ensure that all work is performed to meet client expectations and the highest company standards.
• Planting and maintaining flowers, trees, shrubs, etc.
• Pruning and shaping hedges.
• Applying fertilizer, weed control and/or other treatments to garden areas.
• Remove debris and leaves from lawn and garden areas.

Requirements:

• Some experience in landscape maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to lift over 50lbs regularly without assistance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Possess reliable transportation to company facilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
