Group Branch Manager manages the financial and service performance of a defined group of retail branches in a geographic area. Establishes the strategy, specific goals, and performance levels required for each branch to meet the organizational objectives for the region. Being a Group Branch Manager monitors and analyzes financial and customer activity to understand needs, identify issues, and provide the tools and resources needed to achieve goals. Leads business development and promotional activities in the area and coaches branch managers in tactics to build customer relationships, increase sales, and enhance the bank's presence in the community. Additionally, Group Branch Manager typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Group Branch Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Group Branch Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. - Manage a fleet inventory mix to maximize revenue and profit
- Be a safety leader in their branch set the tone and expectation for the highest safety standard
- Be an expert in the equipment rental industry and support continuous learning at the branch on new fleet and equipment applications.
Responsibilities- Grow revenue for the branch and district
- Meet or exceed business plan for the branch
- Answer and resolve customer questions
- Manage your team effectively and efficiently
- Implementing Safety trainings and maintain a branch safety plan
- Fleet Management
- Manage Profit and Loss reporting & Operational reviews
- Generate, process, analyze and review the daily business reports
- Support all team members
- Conduct Branch Audits & Inventory reviews
- Maintain federal compliance with OSHA regulations and DOT standards
