· Midsouth rentals is a growing, independent equipment rental company searching for a regional branch manager. The Branch manager of Midsouth Rentals Madisonville, KY office will be responsible for overseeing operations.
Duties may include but are not limited to:
· Communicate with branch employees on daily operations.
· Work with corporate level employees to ensure the best rental practices are implemented.
· Oversee staffing issues.
· Control rental fleet staging, transfers, and sourcing.
· Communicate with sales rep(s).
· Effectively plan and coordinate equipment sharing between branches.
· Assess equipment supply and demand in branch locations and surrounding areas.
· Work with rental software reporting and financial statements.
· High school Diploma or GED required
· Bachelor’s Degree preferred
· 5 years minimum experience in management and/or the rental industry
· Strong understanding of the equipment rental industry
· Basic understanding of computers and ability to learn an inventory management software
· Attention to detail and accuracy
