Group Branch Manager manages the financial and service performance of a defined group of retail branches in a geographic area. Establishes the strategy, specific goals, and performance levels required for each branch to meet the organizational objectives for the region. Being a Group Branch Manager monitors and analyzes financial and customer activity to understand needs, identify issues, and provide the tools and resources needed to achieve goals. Leads business development and promotional activities in the area and coaches branch managers in tactics to build customer relationships, increase sales, and enhance the bank's presence in the community. Additionally, Group Branch Manager typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Group Branch Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Group Branch Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     The Team Leader is responsible for optimizing the customer experience by actively maintaining and managing current customer relationships and developing solid, value-driven relationships with new customers. You will supervise and provide direction to the branch team.  The team includes, inside salees and shop, while supporting Outside Sales. The ideal candidate has 5 years of industrial sales experience. We are looking for someone who has quality leadership skills, with the proven ability to motivate and train team members to achieve results. You will need to be well-organized and self-directed to excel in this role. In addition to skills and background, if you are an energetic, forward-thinking, and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image, you will rank high in our search.

    What You Should Bring:

    • At least 3 years of industrial sales experience preferred
    • At least 3 years of experience providing leadership and training to team members
    • At least 3 years of supervisory experience
    • Strong math aptitude
    • Experience in quote and proposal generation preferred
    • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Experience working with a CRM, Salesforce a plus
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
    • Energy, forward-thinking, and creativity
    • The ability and desire to relate to people at all levels of an organization across diverse cultures
    • Possess excellent communication and presentation skills

    What You Will Do:

    • Responsible for overseeing inside customer service reps, shop team members, and drivers
    • Responsible for the ongoing training of team members.
    • Responsible for the day to day upkeep and oversight of the branch.
    • Responsible for taking, placing, and ensuring the proper fulfillment of all orders.      
    • Prepare quotes and enter orders for existing customers.
    • Identify proper client buying influences and correctly identify their site challenges, the reasons they are occurring, and Certified Slings' solutions for solving their challenges – project superintendent, foreman, purchasing, and site supervisor.
    • Communicate effectively with all team members to ensure consistent and effective delivery to the client.
    • Look for, ask for, and anticipate upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
    • Be knowledgeable about and abide by all company policies and procedures
    • Resolve client issues as they arise to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and retention
    • To create and complete monthly, quarterly, and annual client reviews
    • Endeavor to grow personally and professionally by participating in industry and sales-related seminars, workshops, and organizations
    • To provide suggestions to management regarding improvements and increased efficiencies in Certified Slings' operations
    • Record lost sales in ERP System
