The Account Manager will be responsible for accelerating the overall customer relationship and experience across EcoWerk’s entire customer base. This is a high visibility position and has career path potential to both sales and other customer facing functions. The ideal individual for this position must have previous experience in taking a customer service from good to great with a proven record employing continuous process improvements across sales and service channels. Additionally, the CRM will join a team that focuses on engaging customers with potential opportunities while exploring avenues to generate additional business through a proactive inside sales approach. The Account Manager maintains EcoWerk’s policies, standards, and practices and ensures adherence to EcoWerks Vision, Mission and Values.
Key Position Activities:
Customer Service in Focus:
1. Coordinates service windows with Plant Management and customers to ensure minimal queue times for delivery of service by EcoWerk’s operating team.
2. Ensures that all required supporting documentation is complete and accurate from quote to invoice.
3. Communicate with customers, as the central contact, for service questions or invoicing concerns.
4. Assist Management with customer analysis and reporting of metrics and KPI’s.
CRM Contact Management:
1. Track all communication and documentation regarding customer-facing emails in CRM (including texts).
2. Work closely with EcoWerks operations team to update all related contacts not currently recorded in CRM.
3. Lead campaigns to bring in new customers through participation in team marketing functions.
