Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in apartment maintenance, including but not limited to, HVAC, Sheetrock repair, electrical, and plumbing.
Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, HVAC filter changes, Sheetrock repair.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
- Supervise and coordinate outside contractors for specialized repairs
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them promptly
- Oversee facilities maintenance including plumbing, lighting, HVAC and general repairs
Skills:
- Proficient in electrical work including troubleshooting and repair
- Experience in customer service when interacting with staff or external vendors
- Knowledge of supervising maintenance staff and coordinating tasks effectively
- Capable of maintaining accurate records of repairs and maintenance schedules
- Leadership skills to guide a team in achieving maintenance goals
