Stepstone Credit has an exciting opening for an Assistant Loan Manager in our Brownsville, TX office. We are open Monday thru Friday 8:30AM to 5:00PM. Stepstone Credit currently has six offices located in the Valley Market and 23 in the State of Texas.

Qualifications for the Assistant Installment Loan Manager:

• At least 2 years of customer service or a managerial level position is highly preferred
• Experience in the Installment loan industry is preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is highly encouraged
• Willingness to undergo a background check
• Prior experience in customer service, banking or retail will be considered
• Comfortable with telephone loan management
• Ability to be coached, eager to learn
• Strong communication skills
• Must have an outgoing personality
• Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities for the Assistant Installment Loan Manager:

• Maintaining contact with our customers and answering questions
• Managing loans and taking applications
• Contacting clients that have fallen behind on their payments
• Offer small unsecured loans as well as Title loans up to $1,600

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
