Group/Region Manager (Commercial Loans) manages commercial lending activity for a designated market of the organization. Establishes and manages lending objectives, targets, strategies, and practices to achieve organizational financial, growth, and service goals. Being a Group/Region Manager (Commercial Loans) seeks out new business opportunities and develops strategies to expand existing business. Manages the maintenance and servicing of existing commercial loan portfolio. Additionally, Group/Region Manager (Commercial Loans) adheres to all regulatory requirements and internal risk and operating policies and procedures. Builds a high-performance lending team with individual coaching and professional development opportunities. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Group/Region Manager (Commercial Loans) typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity.     Job Description:
    Responsible for the planning and execution of multiple Lean projects that will translate company strategies into action, deliver significant ROI, reduce risk, and achieve strategic objectives. Serves as a mentor and partner with business units to identify future opportunities and supports talent acquisition/development initiatives.
    Serves as a trusted adviser to senior business stakeholders, spearheads innovative solutions, while partnering with key support functions such as Finance, HR, and Compliance during implementation. Develops and coaches teams to be able to identify, manage, and escalate risk, and effectively manages risk within the teams you oversee. Responsibilities
    Enhances the professional development, team cohesion, and morale for a team by conducting regularly scheduled coaching sessions, performance reviews, and team collaboration activities.
    Leads the design and development of internal support initiatives to teams such as talent acquisition, talent development, knowledge management, and process management.
    Partners with other areas to promote the business unit and deliver enterprise-wide strategic-level presentations
    Supports project pipeline and Lean portfolio development by forging close relationships with senior leaders to identify the most critical process improvement opportunities across the company, based on findings from areas such as Voice of the Customer, Voice of the Business, Voice of the Employee, and balanced scorecards.
    Builds relationships with key constituents necessary to deliver project results, including identifying and breaking down barriers/obstacles, collaborating with key players to influence change.
    Supervises multiple team members on deliverables throughout the project lifecycle that are completed under DMAIC and DMADV frameworks to ensure projects are complete on schedule, within budget, and within quality requirements. Minimum Qualifications

    At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:
    Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Operations Management
    7 to 10 years of experience in project management, leading cross-functional teams; 7 years of experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or related continuous improvement areas; 5 years of experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing direct reports; Lean Six Sigma Black Belt/ Continuous Process Improvement Manager; Project Management; Process Management; Policy Management; Program Management; Management Consulting; Strategic Planning; Strategic Communications; Performance Measurement; Coaching & Professional Development
    In lieu of a degree, 15 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean, and Six Sigma
    Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification Preferred Qualifications

    Compensation: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $88,500.00 to $149,300.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package.
