Group/Region Manager (Commercial Loans) manages commercial lending activity for a designated market of the organization. Establishes and manages lending objectives, targets, strategies, and practices to achieve organizational financial, growth, and service goals. Being a Group/Region Manager (Commercial Loans) seeks out new business opportunities and develops strategies to expand existing business. Manages the maintenance and servicing of existing commercial loan portfolio. Additionally, Group/Region Manager (Commercial Loans) adheres to all regulatory requirements and internal risk and operating policies and procedures. Builds a high-performance lending team with individual coaching and professional development opportunities. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Group/Region Manager (Commercial Loans) typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Group/Region Manager (Commercial Loans) typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     As a result of our ongoing success, a fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our market leading team on a full-time basis to strengthen our ‘Managed Services & Operations’ team in Germany. As a Property Manager (Commercial) you will be responsible for the operational management, and (supporting the) strategic direction, of our commercial properties in Munich. 

    • Establishing the new brand of Hines Experience in the market as integration of asset, property and facilities management.
    • Lease management, presentation and marketing
    • Contract management for leases, service and maintenance
    • Oversight of external property accounting service
    • Driving development and efficiency opportunities in the managed properties
    • Planning, budgeting and controlling for success
    • Achieving outstanding client and customer satisfaction scores
    • Strategic procurement
    • Inspections
    • Strategic advice for owners and stakeholders
    • Planning refurbishments, CAPEX and improvements
    • Space as a service / placemaking
    • Customer service, customer relationship management
    • Upholding Hines’ ethical standards through meticulous compliance

    Qualifications

    Minimum Requirements include:

    • You are educated to a degree level in a business subject and have a minimum of 2 years of practical experience in the commercial Real Estate industry as [property manager, asset analyst / manager or leasing agent
    • You have a solid grasp of the legal and technical instruments of property management.
    • Ideally, you have experience in managing contracts and relationships with third party service providers.
    • You have a good command of written and spoken English.
    • Additional experience with stakeholder management, relationship building or people centric environments would be advantageous
