Group/Region Manager (Commercial Loans) jobs in Killeen, TX

Central Texas Auto Parts (Killeen NAPA) with locations in Killeen & Copperas Cove is searching for an experienced Commercial Sales Professional who truly cares about our employees and customers. This role is responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with our commercial customers via telephone and email and providing exceptional customer service while finding the right part and working with our delivery team to ensure that the part is safely delivered in a timely manner.

$40,000 - $60,000 yearly

• Create and maintain relationships with commercial customers
• Be the primary contact for commercial customers and provide exceptional customer service
• Responsible for finding the right part and keying invoices for delivery
• Ensure deliveries are timely and efficient by managing and dispatching the delivery team and routing drivers as needed
• Source from multiple stores and online systems to ensure items can reach our customers as quickly and efficiently as possible
• Work with the Store Manager and ownership in training and developing drivers, growing sales, and meeting monthly sales goals
• Review sales trends and progress with store salespeople, ownership, employees, and distribution center management teams
• Be professional, positive, and responsive to commercial customers
• Help cover the front sales counter, as needed

• 2 years of previous experience in commercial sales in an auto parts store
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Knowledge of cataloging and/or inventory management systems
• Proficient using new programs and navigating computer systems
• Valid driver's license
