Group/Region Manager (Commercial Loans) manages commercial lending activity for a designated market of the organization. Establishes and manages lending objectives, targets, strategies, and practices to achieve organizational financial, growth, and service goals. Being a Group/Region Manager (Commercial Loans) seeks out new business opportunities and develops strategies to expand existing business. Manages the maintenance and servicing of existing commercial loan portfolio.     What You’ll Do:
    The National Processing Manager is responsible for managing the direction and supervision of a Loan Processing team supporting our Builder partners, Century Communities, Century Complete, and our retail channels. The National Processing Manager ensures compliance with Inspire Home Loans Lending Policy to ensure closings occur on time while meeting and/or exceeding set forth guidelines.
    Your Key Responsibilities Include:
    • Daily Pipeline Management to ensure all loans close as scheduled.
    • Assign and monitor Loan Processor workload balance.
    • Assist in the ongoing training of all Loan Processors
    • Support and mentor staff in daily tasks and provide ongoing assistance troubleshooting complex loan products or questions.
    • Monitor the Processing pipeline to ensure all files adhere to regulatory requirements.
    • Modify and develop a workflow for Processing Department, as needed.
    • Conduct Processing team meetings regularly.
    • Willingness to maintain a small pipeline during peak times.
    • Works with multiple departments to facilitate post-closing investor conditions.
    • Makes decisions on loan requests or suggests alternative solutions to loan issues.
    • Be available as a processing resource for Loan Officers, as needed.
    • Occasional travel.
    • Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
    What You Have:
    • Strong knowledge of DU and LP AUS programs.
    • Full knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, and Conventional loans.
    • Knowledge of first-time homebuyer market, helpful.
    • Complete understanding of the life cycle of a loan.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent presentation skills.
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Ability to multi-task and be highly proactive.
    • Capability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    • Team-oriented and with a positive attitude.
    • Experience managing a large team in a high-volume environment.
    • Prior management experience includes interviewing, hiring, performance management, disciplinary actions, training, coaching, and mentoring.
    Your Education and Experience:
    • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
    • Must have 5 years of mortgage industry experience.
    • Prior experience as a processor, underwriter and/or originator required.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of Management or Supervisory experience required.
    • Builder experience is preferred.
    Compensation: Inspire Home Loans intends to offer the selected candidate an annual pay rate in the range of $110,000k-$125,000k with the potential for a quarterly bonus and annual incentive. Actual offers will be based on a variety of factors including experience. Employees will have access to paid time off, medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance and the Company's 401k plan.
