Floor Covering Estimator / Project Manager

Avellino Commercial Flooring, LLC is a full-service Commercial Flooring Contractor . We are looking for an Experienced Estimator / Project Manager to join our team and manage all aspects of a commercial floor covering project.

Responsibilities

• Complete on screen flooring take off's using Calidus Estimating Software. Experience with Calidus preferred but not required.
• Prepare floor covering proposals using CF Data Software. Experience with CF Data preferred but not required.
• Manage the flooring installation.
• Track and manage all project paperwork including all subcontractors, subcontractor agreements, purchase orders, etc.
• Ensure that all work is performed according to company standards and within the time frame allotted.
• Maintain a safe work environment by complying with OSHA regulations and safety measures.
• Work closely with the client to ensure that all project goals are met.

• Ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained at the forefront of each project.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 Years Experience in Commercial Floor Covering required.
• Ability to read construction drawings, blueprints, and schematics is required. This position requires familiarity with general floor covering such as carpet, resilient, wood, tile etc. to be completed successfully. The ability to read construction drawings, blueprints, and schematics is required.
