Project Manager – Airport Commercial Building - Reno, NV
Conrac Solutions seeks an experienced Project Manager familiar with the oversight of large scale civil construction projects. This position is part of the Project Delivery team that focuses on the pursuit and closure of design, build, finance, operate and maintain (DBFOM) real estate and development deals with airports, rental car companies and other entities.
The Project Manager acts as the primary onsite developer representative for the RNO project and is the main point of contact for the general contractor, airport authority, and clients. Working as part of support team, the project manager is expected to solve problems and manage resources to bring the project to successful completion.
This position is expected to be on site in Reno for 1-2 weeks per month through project completion (5 years).
