Group/Region Manager (Commercial Loans) manages commercial lending activity for a designated market of the organization. Establishes and manages lending objectives, targets, strategies, and practices to achieve organizational financial, growth, and service goals. Being a Group/Region Manager (Commercial Loans) seeks out new business opportunities and develops strategies to expand existing business. Manages the maintenance and servicing of existing commercial loan portfolio. Additionally, Group/Region Manager (Commercial Loans) adheres to all regulatory requirements and internal risk and operating policies and procedures. Builds a high-performance lending team with individual coaching and professional development opportunities. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Group/Region Manager (Commercial Loans) typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Group/Region Manager (Commercial Loans) typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Store Managers are responsible for the daily operations and management of a financial service center. These daily functions include but are not limited to serving customers by providing product and service information in a warm and friendly manner, approving, and collecting loans, making phone calls, cash handling and filing. - Manage overall operation of Branch Office including all phases of lending, collecting, and direction of office staff
- Provide Customer Service
- Develop and Supervise office staff
- Solicit for new or renewed customer business
- Loan Processing
- Loan servicing and collections
- Have a good understanding of all State and Federal regulations
- Marketing
- Payment processing
- Maintain cash drawer accuracy and security
- Ensure proper handling of office deposits
- Ensure compliance with state and federal lending regulations and company policies
- Ensure prompt completion of applications
- Minimize delinquency through servicing and collection activities utilizing telephone, text, email and mail
- Ensure compliance with company policy and procedures
- Ensure reporting of branch figures to corporate
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have the ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver’s license and own dependable vehicle
- Able to pass a background and credit check
- High school diploma/GED
- Some college credits: degree preferred.
- Minimum of one (3) year of customer service experience required.
- Must have the ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Minimum of 4 years management
