Position Summary:
The Group Sales and Events Coordinator will provide support to the Group Sales Manager to facilitate group and student tours and venue rentals while delivering a high-quality customer service experience for all guests. They will assist with group tour and private venue event execution, coordination of welcoming motor coaches, logistics of trade shows and community events, attend weekly Group Tours and Operations meetings, professionally represent the National Comedy Center and Lucy Desi Museum.
