Job Title: Group Benefits Manager

Location: In-Person (Oregon)

Responsibilities:

• Sales Mastery: Drive the sales of group medical, dental, and vision plans to employer groups, showcasing in-depth knowledge and a persuasive approach.
• Lead Generation: Proactively prospect and cultivate new leads, demonstrating a keen understanding of the market and employer needs.
• Group Benefit Department Management: Growth and develop the group benefits department and sales thru leading by example and developing a team of support and sales professionals to build out the department for Insurance Lounge
• Exceptional Service: Provide unparalleled customer service to both carrier and internal leads, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Plan Administration Support: Assist customers in navigating and administering their plans, offering expertise and guidance when needed.

Qualifications:

• Oregon Health Insurance License: A non-negotiable requirement to operate within the state's regulatory framework.
• Expertise in Level Funded Plans: Preferred experience in handling level funded plans, showcasing a nuanced understanding of this specialized plan type.
• Sales Acumen: Proven track record in successful sales, preferably within the insurance or benefits sector.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information and build rapport.
• Technology Skills: Comfortability using and learning technology and systems are a mandatory requirement of this job.
