A reputable, non-profit health system is currently seeking a Director of Nursing to join their team! This exciting opportunity for a Medical Group Nurse Director is with an award-winning, highly-sought after multi-campus health system. This organization has a large presence in the state of Oregon. 

In this role as The Medical Group Nurse Director, this leader will be tasked with directing ambulatory nursing operations including the urgent care clinics, specialty clinics, and more. This Nurse Director will also provide leadership and direction for the care management, population health, and disease management services. Developing improvement strategies, forecasting trends, establishing measures, and designing programs are all additional responsibilities of the Medical Group Director of Nursing.

A candidate with prior leadership experience in operations, ambulatory services, and case management will make for quick interviews! Additional qualifications include a Master’s of Science in Nursing, management experience in healthcare or health plan setting, knowledge in case management, and clinical experience required. Experience in conflict resolution, personnel management, and nursing operations will be helpful attributes in this role.
