As a Group Facilitator, you will have the opportunity to lead therapeutic group sessions that foster a supportive and transformative environment for individuals navigating the challenges of substance use disorders.
What You'll Do : Lead Transformative Group Sessions : Create a space where individuals can explore their recovery journey, share experiences, and support each other through evidence-based group therapy sessions.
Empower Through Education : Provide psychoeducation on addiction, coping mechanisms, and life skills, empowering participants to take charge of their recovery.
Craft Tailored Treatment Plans : Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans that cater to the diverse needs of each group member.
What You'll Need : Passion and Dedication : A genuine desire to support individuals in their journey to recovery and a commitment to their well-being.
Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field; preferred. No license required;
Recovery Coach, ACIT, or CADAC preferred. Experience : Experience in facilitating group therapy sessions, particularly with individuals dealing with substance use disorders.
Compassion and Empathy : An ability to listen actively, show empathy, and communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
