POSITION SUMMARY:

Directs Dameron Medical Group operations to ensure provision of high quality, cost-effective medical services. Directs overall administrative aspects of Dameron Medical Group. Provides leadership and oversight of the performance of Clinical Service Managers and/or senior level clinical professional staff. Identifies and resolves technical, operational and organizational problems of the Dameron Medical Group. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned personnel utilizing both professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgment.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required

Master's Degree in business administration, management, health care management, or related field: Preferred

Work Experience

Five years' technical experience: Preferred

Three years' clinic management experience: Preferred
