Citibank, N.A. seeks a Business Group Manager for its Rutherford, New Jersey location.

Duties: Provide leadership to multiple Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) teams to digitize the end-to-end target operating model. Identify areas and opportunities to ensure alignment of existing technology platform offerings with new process changes. Conduct rigorous process and data analysis to ensure proposed solutions are standardized, efficient, and designed with appropriate controls. Responsible for business and strategic planning activities, design, and implementation for end-to-end business architecture owned and performed by the ERM teams globally. Define digital KPIs and metrics and provide thought leadership and support in the definition of business architecture changes and relevant process design to drive transformation and productivity. Primary lead interfacing with global stakeholders in Business, Risk, and Technology teams (Risk Data Analytics Reporting and Technology and EO&T Technology) aligning business strategy and execution and improving effectiveness. Design governance and reporting framework for all ongoing regulatory programs across ERM, including digitization results in partnership with the ERM internal teams, partners and stakeholders across 1LOD and 2LOD. Ensuring that appropriate end to end business architecture, design and development initiatives are aligned with the ongoing Consent Order programs and strategic ERM Business Architecture objectives. Responsible for data visualization and data reporting using Visio, SQL, Excel to apprise ERM leadership of ongoing efforts. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Management or related field and five (5) years of experience as a Senior Manager, Senior Data Analyst or related position involving process and project management for the financial services industry. Must have 5 years of experience with each of the following skills: Managing technology and business projects; Data-oriented experience in transformation programs and regulatory remediation for financial services; Business process reengineering and business modeling concepts including business systems development and data analysis; and Data analysis, advance SQL, data visualization including Tableau and MS Office.
