Titan Hotel Group is a growing hotel management company and we are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Group Sales Manager at our Connecticut hotels.
Primary Objective of Position:
Responsible for booking all social groups and/or meetings from start to finish, assist the sales team in the overall sales effort of the hotel to achieve optimal occupancy and use, maximizing revenue and meeting/exceeding hotel profit objectives.
Essential Functions:
Knowledge and Skills:
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent education/experience.
Experience: Two full years of employment within the hospitality industry. Knowledge of Fosse, MARSHA and STS are encouraged.
Skills and Abilities: Requires knowledge of Sales/Hospitality profession. Requires ability to make decisions and determine a course of action quickly.
