As a Group Sales Manager at Belmond El Encanto, A Belmond Hotel, you bring the legend of Belmond to life. You will work alongside skilled colleagues to prepare the highest quality groups and events details, emphasizing exquisite guest experiences. We are seeking a Group Sales Manager to target, solicit and cultivate business within the assigned group market segment, with efforts directed toward securing mid-week room night production and revenue generation, as well as securing group affiliated meeting and food & beverage revenues.

Requirements
Must possess strong quality control skills, task management, and communication with internal and external clients, proficiency in Excel, and be knowledgeable of 5 star service. Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
3-5 years of previous group sales experience is preferred.
Experience in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
Experience in HMS Systems
Luxury Hotel Experience is preferred
