Wieland is hiring a Project Manager. The Project Manager will be responsible for implementing, facilitating, industrializing and driving the new Electronic Cooling (EC) product line at Wieland Copper Products based in Pine Hall, NC.
Electronic Cooling (EC) includes products such as 2-Phase Liquid cooling electronic components, Cold Plates and data center Immersion Cooling Systems. The project consists of:
Phase 1: In collaboration with the VP of Wieland Copper Products (DV), the EC Project Manager will lead the Microcool integration into the Thermal Solutions Business Unit. In addition, he/she will lead the industrialization of the Small Batch and ITAR Cold Plates Production in 2024.
Microcool is an existing Entity which over the last 15 years operated from Alabama producing Fin Plates and Cold Plates for Electronic Cooling applications. This Entity will be moved to Pine Hall (NC).
Phase 2: The EC PM will collaborate with Wieland Provides in Latina (ITA) and Wieland Werke AG at Ulm (DE) to develop the Mass Production Line of datacenters cold plates later in 2025.
Phase 3: implementation of 2-Phase Immersion Cooling tank for Data Center Heat Dissipation System
