Groupware Specialist jobs in Elyria, OH
Groupware Specialist oversees the development and deployment of the organization's groupware initiative. Defines business requirements and selects collaborative software to meet these requirements. Being a Groupware Specialist implements hardware or software, troubleshoots, and may train end-users. Typically oversees internet access, document sharing, email or other messaging systems. Additionally, Groupware Specialist coordinates with end-users to define needs or areas for improvement. Ensures that all updates or upgrades are appropriately integrated into existing networks. Provides technical support, troubleshooting and training on groupware systems and makes suggestions regarding future groupware needs. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be a Groupware Specialist typically requires 7+ years of related experience. A specialist on complex technical and business matters. These are 2nd shift positions. Hours will vary but will typically be from 1pm-9pm.
Duties Include:
Transporting patients and clients utilizing company vehicles in a safe and professional manner.
Effectively communicates with dispatch regarding schedule progress and to receive instructions.
Maintain a professional image and attitude in regards to clients, visitors and co‐workers.
Completes daily vehicle pre‐trip and post trip inspections, and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
Assist clients and patients as needed to safely complete the transfer.
Must understand instructions in English .
Must be able to accurately complete activity logs vehicle reports.
Must be able to understand and operate GPS devices and cell phones.
Perform all duties as assigned by Elite Medical Transport of Mansfield LLC.
