Supervise direct reports and manages the performance of individuals through ongoing coaching, feedback, and development to motivate, engage and drive a high performing team. Gather, analyze and reports to evaluate and improve services. Meet and interact with management, clinical staff and others for optimal service. Lead the team to create, build and implement efficient operational processes and knowledge documentation and the development of coworkers and guests for transactions, processes and policies.
