Under the direction of the Manager of Field Services, the incumbent repairs computers, peripherals, network equipment and software for the purpose of maintaining equipment in a safe and functional operating condition. Performs installation of POS and computer systems, phone equipment, network cabling and associated equipment and provides ongoing preventive maintenance, repair and calibration services after installation. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Knowledge of computers, networking and Windows desktop operating systems is required. Must pass the MIS Field Services Technician examination by getting a minimum of 70%. Must be able to work any shift, weekends and holidays.
