Guest Services Manager - Casino jobs in Trenton, NJ

To support the Company’s operational management team by providing excellent customer service to all Parx Casino guests. Provide a management presence on the casino floor and ensure that all guests’ questions, concerns and requests are dealt with courteously, speedily and efficiently.

• Support operational management (cage, EVS, Security, Player services and Food & Beverage) on the casino floor.
• Be a customer advocate. Ensure all Parx Guests have a great casino experience.
• Answer all questions, deal with all enquiries and provide directions to all Parx Casino Guests.
• Bring to the immediate attention of operational management any issues that are beyond the scope of the GSM.
• Report immediately any dirty, unsafe or hazardous conditions to management.
• Ensure awareness of all events, promotions and ePlay initiatives and answer guests’ questions.
• Maintain vigilance of any under-age or undesirable presence.
• Become TIPS certified and report any potential Dram Shop or liability issues immediately.
• Be prepared to cover any hourly paid position in emergency.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

• 
  High School Diploma or G.E.D. required. Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
• Three years sales or customer service experience at a supervisory level is preferred. Must have strong interpersonal skills, judgment skills, and a high degree of tact.
• Must be able to work all shifts, and weekends/holidays as required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and through written communications.
• Must be knowledgeable of all federal, state and local regulations relevant to the Casino.
